Project Administrator

Reports To:
Sr. Project Manager
General Purpose of Position:
The Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Project Management team to facilitate a smooth process from client acceptance through project completion.
Essential Functions:
• Coordinates scheduling on all project phases based on directives from Sr. Project Manager
• Maintains communication with client on project progress throughout duration of project
• Generates purchase order requests for required materials for scheduled project phases
• Reviews and requests Certificates of Insurance and Low Voltage Permits as needed for each project
• Organizes and maintains project files and databases
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Project Management team when required, including but not limited to assisting with time sheets and PTO requests.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Ability to multitask
Education and/or Training:
• Required high school graduate
• Project Administrator experience preferred
