The Integration Technician Apprentice supports the execution of system integration projects under guidance of the Sr. Project Manager, Field Project Managers, and Lead Technicians, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the execution of system integration projects based as directed by Project Managers and Lead Technicians.
Complete and submits field project documentation accurately and promptly.
Adhere to Barrett’s quality control standards to ensure project integrity.
Communicate project progress and status to Project Manager and Lead Technician
Comply with Barrett’s standards of professionalism.
Maintain personal technical training on product functions and installation techniques.
Comply with state and OSHA laws, company policies and recommended procedures.
Maintain inventory of assigned tools.
Skills and Abilities:
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures to enhance skills and contribute effectively to projects.
Familiarity with retrofit installation techniques.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Fundamental understanding of construction principles.
Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Education and/or Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred: enrollment in college, technical school, or completion of specialized courses in electronics, engineering, construction, or relevant field; or equivalent job experience
